How Service Works

Register
Submit your address to register your household for service.
Registrations help us confirm demand and organize efficient pickup routes in your area.
No payment is required at this stage.

Route Confirmation
Once enough households register in an area, a weekly pickup route is confirmed and scheduled.
You will receive confirmation of your pickup day and service start date.

Payment & Service Agreement
Before service begins, households will receive their invoice and service agreement.
Submitting payment confirms your spot on the route and acceptance of service terms.

Weekly Pickup
Place your garbage and recycling curbside in secure bins on your scheduled pickup day.
We collect and transport waste to approved local transfer stations.
Garbage & Recycling Guidelines
To ensure safe and efficient service:
• Garbage must be sealed in black bags
• Recycling must be placed in clear or blue bags
• Bags should be placed in secure bins (animal-resistant recommended)
• Bins must be accessible at curbside on pickup day
Not accepted:
• Loose waste
• Construction debris
• Hazardous materials
• Appliances or large items
